Private Health Insurance

VA is required by law to bill private health insurance carriers for medical care, supplies and prescriptions provided for treatment of Veterans’ nonservice-connected conditions. Private health insurance coverage through a Veteran or Veteran’s spouse is insurance provided by an employer, Veteran or other non-federal source, including Medicare supplemental plans. Generally, VA does not bill Medicare or Medicaid for reimbursement; however, VA does bill other types of health insurance including Medicare Supplemental plans for covered services.

Note: A VeteranвЂ™s insurance coverage or lack of insurance coverage does not determine their eligibility for treatment at a VA health care facility.

Veterans applying for and using VA medical care must provide their health insurance information, including coverage provided under policies of their spouses. Veterans are not responsible for the remaining balance shown as patient responsibility on the explanation of benefits from their insurance carrier. However, Veterans may be responsible for a VA copayment depending on their assigned Priority Group.

Importance of Providing Health Insurance Information

Veterans are not responsible for any unpaid balance that the insurance carrier does not pay, except for VA copayments they may be required to pay, depending on their assigned Priority Group.
Payments received from a VeteranвЂ™s private health insurance carrier are credited towards any applicable VA copayments, reducing all or part of the Veterans out-of-pocket expenses.
Many private health insurance companies will apply VA health care charges towards satisfying a Veteran’s annual deductible and maximum out of pocket expnse.
Money collected by VA from private health insurance carriers is returned back to the VA medical center providing the care. The funds are used to provide the best care possible to our Veterans.

Cancelling Private Health Insurance

Veterans who have private health insurance should consider a number of important factors before canceling their health insurance, such as:

Impacts to Family Members. VA does not normally provide care for family members of Veterans enrolled in VA health care. If you cancel your private health insurance, they may have no health care coverage.
Disenrollment in VA health care. There is no guarantee that in subsequent years Congress will appropriate sufficient funds for VA to provide care for all enrollment Priority Groups. This could happen if you are enrolled in one of the lower Priority Groups. This would leave a Veteran with no health care coverage.
Medicare Parts A and B. VA does not require a Veteran to have Medicare Part A or B to be enrolled in VA health care. However, Veterans should always consider their current and future health care needs before changing any insurance coverage.

If you cancel your Medicare Part B Coverage, you need to know that you cannot be reinstated until January of the following year, and you may be penalized for reinstatement.

In most cases, if you don’t sign up for Part B when you are first eligible, you’ll have to pay a late enrollment penalty. You will have to pay this penalty for as long as you have Part B. Your monthly premium for Part B may go up 10% for each full 12-month period that you could have had Part B, but didn’t sign up for it. Also, you may have to wait until the General Enrollment Period (from January 1 to March 31) to enroll in Part B. Coverage will start July 1 of that year.

For these reasons, VA strongly encourages Veterans to consider important factors, risks and benefits before making any changes to their private health insurance.

But pub propose you a totally different kind of game, where your most powerfull thing is the psychologic war.

How to win (choose a hero)

Since planying creeps is not yet implemented, you have to pick a hero. Remember, there can be russians in your team, so don’t pich a support if you are in solo queue. just take a powerfull carry who got an escape, to dash out of loses teamfight.

If you are more than 2 mates, you can play ‘skilled’, by picking some support heroes, but remember to get a carry, it’s the only way to win.

here is a list of heroes you can use in pubs to easy win. usually, opposite team will let you farm. remember, killing a hero gives you 255golds, and it’s the amount of gold for killing 8 creeps. if you’re good to last hit, it can be more interessing to let ennemies gank other lane, while it let you farm faster.

How to win a psychologic war

First of all, if your team is a brunch of noobs who are just tring to feed more and more, keep cool . you can say something as “omg, why didn’t you buy a tp at the shop to escape”, but please don’t say “OMG NOOB L2P”. it isn’t the good way, they will be pretty mad and will be playing worse and worse.

Your strategy with the enemy team is totally different. every time you notice an unskilled action, you have to say it. if you want to stay quite polite, and make the totally mad, you just have to use a key on you keyboard : near a, q, or a letter at the lft side of it, there’s a powerfull key called ‘CAPS LOCK’. this is litterally the key to win.

AS YOU CAN SEE, CAPS LOCK IS ANNOYING, EVEN IF I MAKE A REAL SENTENCE. by using this simple trick, ennemies will be a bit mad.

be carefull, this is really dangerous: if you fail your early game, your mates will say that’s you’re a perfect noob, and you’re madness team will be higher than the other one.

How G2 can make all their shiny new pieces fit

With a lot of mouths to feed, G2 have a delicate balancing act on their hands.

There’s no doubt that the biggest, craziest, most unpredictable roster move of this offseason was when G2 Esports signed star mid laner Rasmus “Caps” Winther away from Fnatic. In one fell swoop, G2 stunned the world and upended the hierarchy of the league. With their own amazing mid laner Luka “Perkz” Perković moving to the bot lane, G2 are clearly one of the teams to beat next year in the LEC.

But that doesn’t mean it will be all rainbows and butterflies for the Spanish side as they cruise to another title. So-called “superteams” have failed in the past. It took kt Rolster nearly two years to figure out how to fit their resource-hungry star laners together into a cohesive group that could win it big. And they didn’t have to deal with a player changing positions on the fly.

In order to speed up the transition period, it would be smart for G2 to learn from the mistakes of the past. Here’s how they can do it in 2019.

What Jankos will we see?

The first thing the team has to figure out is how much they’ll get from jungler Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski. He was the team’s highest-profile signing last offseason, and the results were mixed. Sure, the team made the Worlds semifinals after a stunning upset of Royal Never Give Up. But they were blown out by Invictus Gaming at that stage, and they weren’t really in contention to win domestically either.

We outlined months ago how Jankos’ teams tended to fall apart in playoff situations, as well as how his pathing would become more erratic as teams figured him out. He actually figured out a lot of issues after the Worlds play-in stage. But against Invictus, he was solidly out-jungled as his lanes slowly lost and the team fell into a 0-2 hole from which there was no redemption.

To be clear, this isn’t all on Jankos. G2 looked surprised by the degree their solo lanes lost with no jungle influence from either side. But again and again, this team plays lanes like they have no idea where the jungler is or where he’s going.

That will be easier in 2019, when all three lanes should win most matchups. But Jankos has to resist the urge to use pushing lanes to simply farm for himself. He has to make sure that those lanes are pushing intelligently and within the overall strategic framework they chose in the draft. In essence, G2 need less of Jankos roaring after a big play and more of him talking in a smooth, cold management voice on the team’s comms.

Jankos wasn’t the only problem in 2018, but he can be a big part of the solution next season.

The sacrifice of Perkz

As far as which lanes Jankos should frequent, we have an idea for that, too. He’ll likely need to still spend significant time on the top side where Martin “Wunder” Hansen is typically a lot better with jungle priority than without. The team got to the semifinals at Worlds largely by unlocking Wunder as a splitpusher.

Caps will also require a decent amount of jungle attention in the mid lane. He and jungler Mads “Broxah” Brock-Pedersen created a lot of pressure through their synergy with each other. That doesn’t mean Broxah camped mid in every game, but the two knew when and how to use that lane versus when to focus elsewhere on the map.

That leaves Perkz in the bot lane. G2’s best weeks in 2018 were in the days of gold funneling, where Jankos followed Perkz around and gave him 100 percent of his attention. Maybe that’s why Perkz moved to bot lane in the first place, so he could command all the time of new support
Mihael “Mikyx” Mehle.

But for the good of the team, Perkz has to be okay with the bot lane being on an island. The reasons are numerous. We don’t know if the poaching allegations surround Perkz are true, but the fact is players come to G2 to play with Perkz. Perkz has to reward that trust by ensuring his new teammates—Caps in particular—succeed. If that doesn’t happen, G2 could face an issue where they have two mid laners on the roster and neither are happy with how things are going.

The other reason is simply a matter of how the map is played by high-level teams. Kt Rolster didn’t unlock their roster until they figured out how to pressure mid around a rookie, Son “Ucal” Woo-hyeon, who turned into one of the best in the entire world. Without mid lane unifying the team, the side lanes looked disjointed. Even legendary shot caller Cho “Mata” Se-hyeong couldn’t get the team fully on the same page.

The good news is that Perkz is good enough to survive on his own. He played a solo lane for years, after all. But he needs to be the first one to buy into the team’s philosophy. Caps and Mikyx are the shiny new faces, but this is still Perkz’s kingdom. G2 will only go as far as he can lead them.

Since only a few of you read the guide section, I’ll try to point a few things out.

In the first place, Techies is (or ”are”, whatever, I’m talking of a hero right now) a hero countered by anyone. The first thing you can do to ease your early phase of the game, is buying OBSERVER wards. Yes, you heard that right, get the observers and make sure you get vision at the rune spots as soon as the game begins (before the creepspawn if possible). You’ll notice at that point whether Techies’ mining activity is or it isn’t on your river side. If it is, everything you need to do is gank (kill) him. Remember that he has the lowest movespeed, and he won’t start with boots (normally).

Yes, Techies is an anti-ganker, but you can gank enemies on the lanes (without going into the opposite jungle), where the creepwaves pass. Just wait for the right moment. It is known that Techies will get level 6 rather slow, so take advantage of that. Outfarm and outlevel him.

The second thing you must be aware of, is that the bombs won’t explode unless they are triggered, so after level 6, you NEED to buy sentry wards in order to secure your push.

As you enter the middle-game stages, the gem on the carry/tanky hero is the best choice. Make sure you don’t lose it though. Techies is a tricky hero, so you can find your death sooner than expected when passing in the enemy territory without safety measures taken.

If you meet a lane Techies, you must know that his harassment is the worst possible. Unless you get too close to him, where he can suicide and do lots of damage, everything should be just fine. I recommend ranged carries for this thing, or fat melees.

Don’t make stupid mistakes! If you know that Techies has mined the side shop, just don’t go in there. DON’T get sentries for those mines, because you will still die in the process.

— SUMMARY OF THIS GUIDE —

1. Don’t die by Techies’ hand too many times (if you did, you are screwed, because in the meantime their carries will outfarm you).

2. Get a gem as soon as possible, but not as your first item. Try to purchase it in the middle of your core items build.

3. Just full-team push when you got the sentries/gem. Pushing alone will just cause you to lose the creepwave because of Techies’ mines and probably getting killed. Note that you NEED truesight, unless you want a rampage on his behalf.

4. Kill him from distance or silence him before he can suicide, that is his ultimatum, to be frank, since you are anyway destroying his bombs.

5. Win the game having a 5 vs 4 advantage.

Force staff can also render a gem useless if you are trying to demine a trapped laned and someone has the staff, you will always be forced to face the mines if your the one demining, even if you wait for the creeps to get rid of them is still rsiky as you might get staffed into the remianing mines. Another thing to note is NEVER go a full melee team if the enemy has a techies as it’s impossible to get rid of the mines without taking damage.

Techies can also put his mines virtually anywhere on the map so you should also keep an eye out for the more unusual places like within the smaller lanes within the jungles, the rune stairs and closer towards the narrow choke points of the river as it can be hard to know just where exactly the mines will be and you can’t throw wards willy nilly. A helm can also help by using a low cost creep and letting him patroll anywhere you think a mine is and let him trip them instead of you, saving time and a life.

Another thing to beware of if his new sign, being even with a gem it’s impossible to detect anything that is withing it’s radious and you can never tell if it’s really trapped or just a sign ment to deter the enemy, either case do not risk it as like above, you can get forced staffed into it if your not careful.

A rare thing to see if a techies with viel and an E-blade, the most impractical but very powerful item for Techies to have if he has bloodstone as they will make his ulit mines even more potent if the game’s gone long enough and he/they are the loosing side or they have the fighting power for Techies to set up and burst a single target down with traps or a group if they get hit with a viel. The added risk also comes in for any hero with the ability to knock an opponent back such as Magnus charge/Polarity, Dark Seer’s Vaccum, Invoker’s Deafening Blast, etc. or if they have more than force staff for added risk on your part.

Another risky thing with techies is although his right click wont do much it will add up if he stays within a lane rathert than go out of sight, trapping nearby choke points where it’s likely for someone to gank him and his partner, this can further the risk of where Techies constant harrasment can make an enemy get low enough to be taken down by his teammate if his suicide’s not enough. Blink Dagger can also be another odd thing to be seen with Techies but it should be considered if he get’s the gold for it as he can outrun someone with a blink and blast them down if they are low enough.

Before I tell you what are best console commands, let me first share some basic information with you.

What is Dota 2 Console

Dota 2 Console is a window which opens in Dota 2 game just like command prompt in any windows. It allows users to add different commands to change anything related to Dota 2. You can add those commands via Dota 2 Console, or you can use them in autoexec. cfg file.

How to use Dota 2 Console

In old Dota 2 there was a long procedure to activate and use Dota 2 Console, but in Dota 2 reborn, its simple.

Sign in to Steam and launch Dota 2.
Go to Dota 2 settings and further in Options. In bottom right most option, check “Enable Console“
Now go to Hotkeys and there select any key for Console.
When in game, you will press that key console will appear.
If you want to close it, then just press that selected key again or click X icon on the top right corner of the console window.

What is autoexec. cfg

If we want to use lots of commands in our console, then its very difficult to type lots of commands each time we start Dota 2. So we can automate that process by adding a new file in our Dota 2 folder. That new file we add is “autoexec. cfg” and we add console commands in it. Each time game starts, this file automatically executes all those commands which are written in autoexec. cfg file.

How to use autoexec. cfg

To make things easy I will suggest you go to Control Panel >> Tools >> Folder Options >> Uncheck – Hide extensions for known file types.

First of all, go to your check if your operating system is 32 bit or 64 bit. Then choose the appropriate path.
- For 32-bit Windows:C:/Program Files >>Steam>>steamapps >>common >>dota 2 beta >>dota >>cfg
- For 64-bit Windows:C:/Program Files (x86) >>Steam >>steamapps >>common >>dota 2 beta >>dota>>cfg
In case you have installed the game in any drive other than C, then you should just go to “dota 2 beta >>dota >>cfg”.
Right-click anywhere in the opened window then click New and select Text Document
Once new text document is created, name it autoexec. cfg and then press Enter. So now we have created a blank autoexec. cfg and now it is ready and it has the necessary file type.
Now you must open it with Notepad where you can add or delete your required commands.
When you play your first game, whatever commands you added in your “autoexec. cfg” will also be added automatically in your main configuration file which is “config. cfg“. To stop Dota 2 from doing it, right-click on config. cfg >> Properties >> Attributes >> Read-only.
The file is created now and we need it to load automatically whenever we start Dota 2. To do so, go to Steam ⇒ Library⇒ Right click on Dota 2 – Properties ⇒ Set Launch Options ⇒ add +exec autoexec. cfg

You do not have to remove the quotation marks (“”) from commands

So, now you may ask, what are the commands that I need to add in autoexec. cfg. So you can see below, these are the best to use commands in Dota 2 and most of the commands are used by Pro Dota 2 players like Funn1k and Arteezy. If you want to their files, you can just download the autoexec. cfg files used by these pro players, or you can make a new file for yourself and use whatever you want.

These are old commands to activate network information which Funn1k and Arteezy used. But these commands are no more required. Now in Dota 2 Reborn, you can activate it via your Dota 2 settings. Simply go to Dota 2 >> Settings >> Options >> Check show network information. See image below for easy understanding.

Dead game for sure, people living patch to patch on meta heroes but fun died in this game a long time ago.

Up to TI4 the game was perfect after that its just been Inbalance after Inbalance

it seems like carry being carrying is back a bit too instead of the of The solo mid carrying everything.

Still its a bit of patches to go to get back to the good old days where you could play varius diffrent styles and still have a 50/50 shot at winning instead of The play carrying solo mid with husk or wr (metashit) or only 5% change to win.

Dead game would be game that has no player base and no tournaments whatsoever, there is no acctual dead. Dota 2 is not even close to dead and new players are always emerging, maybe young players are not used to dead games so they think game is dead even it is not. Getting online, having 100 active friends in all mmr ranges is kinda alive. Maybe problem is on higher levels, or on pro level, but it is understandable, since not many players can achieve that level and join that club, so it seems dead specially when some of them stop playing or leave for other game.

Personally I think it has already reached its peak at TI5 and now slowly declining

If decline is case, we would see dota 3 coming out, not new patches. It might be normal that there is loss in interest between two TI’s. Let’s wait and see what happens when hype kicks in. Game slike Dota 2 that are so much releveant in e-sports and have such huge amount of money involved do not just ‘die’.

its dieing personally for me. i think a lot of players become frustrated by the weak ranking system and boring meta plays.

i just have to find a game, which can replace dota. Dota 2 base damage mb the division, once it comes out in march. looks promising anyways.

But it is still dota2 with new interface. Sorry, didn’t know it counts as new dota game. Rank system has it flaws for sure, game meta changes, some heros from top tier picks go back to mid or low, it is how it is. You can always say good bye to dota and come back whenever you like, start from 0 and find way to enjoy it, but I doubt it will die so easily.

Meta sapm has been present since forever. Nightmares of 6.57 DP and Necro still haunt me. Morph in 6.64. Zombie post rework. etc.

Game was actually dying during reborn beta, and post reborn release due to people being unfamiliar with the main menu, hipsters complaining that the old one was better (when it’s NOT, the old one was super basic, good, but too basic)(arcade mode is amazing) and all the bugs and glitches that came with reborn dropped the population, now numbers are high again.

I don’t get how people can say TI 2 and 3 had more players, uh, it didn’t, I didn’t play back then, but the statistics are there, game has grown ALOT. Prize money for tournaments is higher, MOBAS are STILL ON THE RISE (hence why tons of moba clones are coming out like crazy) PC gaming is on the rise (Dota or counter strike usually being the first games people hear of on Steam) Also, when the International 2011 was happening, Twitch was barely being born, and the game didn’t get nearly as much coverage back then as it does now. (seeing as Twitch is now main stream, and everyone has a Twitch account these days)

Many many casuals play games for the first time cause they thought it looked interesting when watching it on Twitch, Twitch has done ALOT more for gaming than people think.

Looks 2 me like the game is just growing! Sure some people have given up on the game, but they should be ignored. There’ll always be players passionate about dota, just as there’ll be people who are shall we say less keen on the game. I normally play by myself now, as my friends have started playing less or moved away, but I still have a gr8 time every game! There are some complete dickheads but a lot of gr8 people & there always will be.

Dota 2 bs build

Flayed ones bathing in the blood of the recently fallen is a terrifying sight on the field of battle.
This skill makes you to get some HP if you successfully kill creeps or hero. This can help you to maintain your HP to always full on early game. And this also will helps you become a jungler and not killed by neutrals.
If you catach a target and you are on a low HP, this skill can helps you to recover your HP.

Strygwyr becomes frenzied when blood is spilled.
This is your detector skill. If there is an enemy who is low HP. he will be visible in the in your eyes. Go to him and use Rupture immediately to kill him. Also use Bloodrage to Silence him. This way your team can get an easy kill.

ABILITY: UNIT TARGET	AFFECTS: ENEMY UNITS

When the Bloodseeker hunts you, injuries become fatalities.
This skill is what makes you called a Bloodseeker. This is the trademark of you. All enemies are afraid of this skill because they don’t like to be targetted by Rupture. Because it will difficult to him who is your target, Enamy will face a difficult siuation to run and HP become 0 or to stay and get harassed by you and your team.
Use this to your target who are away from his tower so he must run and cannot run. And now with the latest update, Rupture affects a magic immune unit, and this makes you become so much powerful, because you can use Rupture on Bkb-ed unit.

Why take Blood Bath for level 1? You need this to maintain your HP. Keep alive by absorbing the blood by getting last hits and denies.

Why maxing Bloodbath and Bloodrage together? Bloodbath and Bloodrage is your main skill for early game. Bloodbath is needed to maintain HP by lasthits the creeps while Bloodrage needed to harass enemies. Bloodbath can also useful for jungling. Jungling will faster your earnings.

On early game, You need to increase Thirst by 1 level to give you the sighting ability if there are any enemy who is on a low HP. And then your team will know it and can kill him. This will also increase your movement speed while chasing your taget which is on a low HP.

STRATEGY
Early Game
Keep your health always full by always last hitting and denying the creeps using Bloodbath. Your enemy will have a hard time harassing you because you can always fulfill your HP using Bloodbath. Quelling blade also comes in handy here. With quelling blade, it is easier to get the last hits because it gives additional damage to creeps. Quelling blades makes your gold and HP always good on early game. You can also harass their nuker with Bloorage. It will deals small damage. If you are by a sudden being ganked, quickly press the Bloodrage and use it to the ganker. Bloodrage silences the enemy. A good defense for early game.

Mid Game
In this stage of the game, you should already learned Rupture. This skill is one of the most feared skill in DotA. You cast this on your enemy, and he will be depressed because if he move he will loss the blood, and if he not moving, you and your friends will kill him. Be careful not to use Rupture near their tower because the tower can defend the hero youa are targetting. And of course if he already to far diving near your tower, cast Rupture there, and he will suffer from tower or the Rupture.

Your ganking method will be like this:
1. Use Bloodrage to silence your target
2. Use Rupture to your target
3. You and your friends come and kill him
Blade Mail is one of the good alternative here. Because now your enemy can’t attack you or use his skills.
Or force staff: It will force your target to move and lose his blood.

Jungling is one of your option. Because you have the Bloodbath, you can always fulfill your Hp by killing the Neutrals.

Late Game
Late game depends on your performance on early-mid game. If you already get many kills using Rupture on early-mid game, then late game will be easy for you. That is because you already have the nice items you need to be good on late game. You may buy some items like Radiance or Butterfly or some DPS items. All items of that are good for you. You considered a carry on a late game, so us eyour potential wisely.
It is recommended to use Bloodrage on self. It will increase your damage by 120%. A decent increase for a late game. It will gives 100+ damages on late game. Use your with focusing on a target, and if he already dead or become too far, the you should chane your target. The key of a successful carry is to can click ok enemy while in crowds, and not clicking the creeps.

After winning a teamfight your team have 2 options, to push or to Rosh. Thaose 2 options is both good choice. Just need to choose it base on your leader or based on vote.

It’s will help for a new generation player of Techies 😀

I think tranquil boot it’s importan item after Soul Ring because it will make Techies has nimble movement for early and spread his (****ing Trap) in the whole off map.

Also can give more Regeneration of HP (It;s important if you want to hunt in junggle)

And I think the Bounty Rune it will help your EXP in early so dont miss it.

I think your guide is quite nice, but there’s two thing that come to my mind that you didn’t cover:

1. Force Staff. Maybe I didn’t read well, but there’s no mention to the best thing you can do with the force staff: push people right into trap. I can think of two very nice examples to make this work wonders, the first, the utmost pleasure of pushing that poor broke support right into the mines he’s trying to clean. The second, is number 2

2. Planting remote mines right under the tower. This is very cool because it gives the mines tower protection, and if you have force staff, you can also stand right in the tower too to defend and wait for fools to come close (depends on line-up obvsly).

Also, I want to add another trick I saw on a very very good tech player, and I think it’s one of the most ****ed-up mind games you can pull off. Sometimes, if you have the time, it’s better to stack large numbers of remotes one of top of each other. If you manage to pile up, let’s say, 15, you can detonate the trap several times, and this is very mind ****ing, because the huge majority of players won’t expect big remote chains to blow in the same place for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th time. It takes a lot of skill, as it can only work good with incredible microing to blow the exact number of mines depending of the enemy. If your micro is good enough, 1 by 1 detonation can lead to devastation.

If you put all together you can have a nice picture: tower protection, surprising spot, and force staff to increase risk of coming close.

2. Planting mines under tower was covered in Mining Strategies. I think you missed it.

Also, I believe what you’re referring to is is control groups (hotkeying stacks of mines and detonating at different times) which was also covered.
