Which is a joke. It should be reduced for at least 15 cause he’s that fast in early game, with only boots that he doesn’t need Q skill at all . Reducing MS for at least 15 would make people think whether will they engage every time W skill is ready to be cast.
Furthermore his high MS stat makes his play style really boring . same thing every game:
lvl 1 – 7 -> 0-2 kills, phase boots + life steal mask . lvl 8 let’s take roshan cause why not, it’s damn easy . lvl 8-11 – farming blink dagger or shadow blade, whatever u prefer . and then the rest of the game engage, dive, press R and right click the s*** out of people XD
There’s no different positioning, no tactics, just engage on the first enemy player you see and let the hero do the job while you go to the bathroom and take a ♥♥♥♥, ez life.

Hero is so boring it makes your IQ drop every time you play him XD

People dont know how to counter and deal with those situations. Have they tried picking Viper or Venom against Ursa?
I think people should learn how to pick properly, before anything else.
